堆码试验：容器内注入公称容量98%的水，上部加载量为其较大允许总重的1.8倍，1吨装塑料容器直销，常温下静置24小时。不倒塌、不变形、不渗漏。底部提升试验：容器内注入公称容量98%的水，上部加载量为其较大允许总重的1.25倍，叉车的铲脚进入托盘深度的75%处。提升、降落两次，每个方向重复进行。不破裂、不渗漏。

◆卸下排液阀手柄下侧的塑料销子，1吨装塑料容器，并轻轻拉开锁扣，1吨装塑料容器尺寸， 将阀门手柄朝顺时针方向扳动以开始排料；

Tack out the dowel in lower part of handle of the valve， and undraw the agraffe gently. Rotate handle of the valve clockwise to open valve to begin discharging.

◆排液完毕后，逆时针方向旋转以关闭阀门，使锁扣复位；

After discharging， please rotate handle of the valve counterclockwise to close the valve and restore the agraff.

◆旋上放料口封盖和灌装口盖。

Install the valve cover and the top lid.
